I have to admit: I'm not a fan of buttercream cakes for a variety of reasons and, typically, we don't produce them. However, for one of our recent clients, it just worked.
I love this cake because it's very even texture conveys an understated elegance. Adored with eucalyptus created from sugar, as well as sugar flower peonies and ranunculus,it made for a stunning centerpiece on our client's cake table.
